Ivan obtained a Masters Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (majoring in Acupuncture Moxibustion and Tui-na, Chinese Massage) from the Hunan University of Chinese Medicine in China. During his seven years he gained considerable knowledge and experience in the study and practice of acupuncture, eventually winning the Chinese National Medical Qualification and working as a Doctor at the TCM hospital of Jilin province of China.

Ivan worked as a supervisor at the largest Chinese medicine clinic in Auckland, and has since gained his NZRA registration certificate, 3 years ago. He is responsible for providing essential training and guidance towards TCM treatment, including Acupuncture, Moxibustion, Massage and Chinese herbal medicine.
