I qualified as a physiotherapist in 2018 and completed my community service year in 2019 in Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa. I moved to New Zealand in 2022 with my husband and our doggo, Rocco.

Physiotherapy is my passion. I enjoy working with people and find it highly rewarding to be able to help people of all ages and physical capabilities improve their quality of life.

I have experience in multiple rehabilitative conditions (adults and paediatrics), and have a particular interest in musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, and neurological conditions, including concussion.

I use a holistic approach in practice to ensure my patients achieve their optimal well-being. I take pride in providing my patients with their rehabilitative needs as well as addressing any underlying factors that may be contributing to their injury.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, exploring and traveling to new places, and trying good coffee and ice cream all over New Zealand!
